If you need your computer fixed, tweaked, or replaced this is your go to place. I've all 3 of those things done over the years. They've recovered info from my dead computer, replaced it, and added two new screens. Not only will Katie solve your issues she'll find ones you didn't know you needed. Fantastic young lady and business! I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

I was scheduled to get fingerprinted here for a job background check. The gentleman I had the the appointment with was VERY good at his job, the whole process took about 10 minutes! They were very polite and professional!

Mark and Katie are awesome!! Went in for new lap top and ended up being set on a life changing path!! Katie (and wonderful boyfriend-sorry I don't remember his name) sat me down and listened to all my insecurities about returning to school at 58yo for Cyber Security! They gave me some really great insight and genuine feedback. I asked for help evaluating my tech knowledge to determine if this would be the best choice for me!! Unfortuantely I came here thinking they would do a repair after a diagnostic on my computer. The woman recommended I pay for a diagnoatic to figure out what was damaged. This is where I assumed we would do a repair. They dont do liquid damage repairs and will charge you for a diagnostic that is not nessecary. Not very good customer service either considering they only said my computer was junk without looking at it. Will be asking my bank for a refund if they do not provide one.
