We shop there often without complaint. BUT if you need to order something, like tires or car batteries, forget them. We waited forever for a 12v battery for my Prius, no battery, only frustration. If you can't walk out with your purchase, don't buy it there.

Just finished shopping and was rushed throung checkout very rude. Purchased bread items and they were thrown into cart then 4# butter thrown ontop of breads. We pay good money for membership and have itms purchased thrown around. This is unacceptable.

I came on Thursday the 28: th in the morning and I stopped for a flu shot. After filling out the form I was told to wait. But after at least 15 minutes I had no one come to talk to me or to tell me why I was waiting. I finally stood up and asked what the problem was? Finally the pharmacist called me in but didn't start the discussion with me "I am sorry to keep you waiting" but instead said that she had been on the phone with some insurance company trying to work that out and" had to put them on hold to come and give me this shot".I think the person in front of you should be more important than the person on the phoneI did thank her for the injection but truthfully felt she didn't have good customer service

Just left your store and I’m tired of checking myself out and getting up to the exit and finding out the “beep” did not mean the item rang up. Seriously I bought 2 things and I scanned them and they both “ beeped “ so I paid with my card and left. I didn’t stop and put my glasses on to check the price. I get to the front and my dog treats did not scan! Can’t you fix this?? It’s bad enough we have to check ourselves out but we have to double check that the scanner is always working right???? And then the exit person looks at you like you are a thief!

Great place when you need to buy in bulk. You need to compare prices on some items. Love the gas station hard to beat the price.

As Costcos go, this is fairly standard. It is laid out a little differently than the one in Fargo. Sometimes I’m not able to find a usual product here but then it is stocked in Fargo.I do have a complaint about the self checkout though. I had 4 big boxes and the checkout would not let me stack them. Therefore not all 4 boxes would fit on the scale. I had to get an associate to come and scan them. There seemed to be just one associate working the self checkout at that time. Usually there are more and they would have automatically scanned them for me.As others have said, getting into the parking lot is no problem but the two ways to leave it do not give you any choices but to go one way. If you need to go the other way you need to make a u turn some place.

The manager Rob seemed unreasonably defensive and aggressive when I made a complaint that the woman working behind the glasses counter had scratched my glasses. Instead of apologizing for my bad experience and possibly reassuring me we could work something out. He instead interrogated me about the worker asking what color her shirt was and saying how he couldn’t tell if they had been scratched prior to my visit. When explaining my situation further he seemed to just quickly answer ok as he rocked back and forth. The experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’ll be returning. He seemed uninterested it helping me with my issue as he seemed to laugh and smirk after he told me they weren’t responsible.

Horrible experience nearly every time I visit. Me and my mother went to checkout and were asked very rudely for our membership card.I understand asking for it, but don’t demand it like you are a cop. Then the man took over scanning out items at SELF CHECKOUT. We then went to leave already disappointed with how he treated us to find out he didn’t scan an item. We then had to wait in line again to scan some blueberries. And don’t even get me started on them not accepting Mastercard. 1/10 experience nearly every time.

We shop Costco for a variety of things. Nuts and snacks always find a way into our cart. They have a great selection of frozen meats and seafood. I got my last pair of eye glasses there.

I was very impressed with how friendly the associate who checks the Costco memberships was to my grandma and kids. Gave it a small town feel you won't get at most places any more.

We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO

It is more expensive than Sam's Club. Yes, membership also! They do not mark any aisles with what items you find in that aisle so you need to go thru each aisle.....NOT for a person struggling to get around! I even asked an employee where something was and he wasn't sure either and when I complained that they should mark their aisles he said they move too much around all the time! So I only got 3 items! So, no NOT for me!
