I genuinely think all branches would benefit if Ben helped make a problem/ solution guide.. (for things like debit cards lost in the mail for months, failed ATM withdrawals, etc- having actual steps so any employee can help like Ben does!)
I also want to recognize Dave for having the best attitude- he has severely improved the my opinion of the company via drive thru since he started! I believe he has been the one connecting me to Ben each time too! They always work as a team to help me instead of telling me to “wait it out” or “call someone else”… THAT is customer service!!!”
