Was at your store your one employee was extremely rude n loud pretty much yelling. Also very unprofessional having a holy Bible on your counter. I will never let that employee help me I rather have the store manger help me unfortunately haven't seen him in few weeks I hope he returns so I can add another line to my account. I will change my review once I talk with store manager about the stuff

I visited the Cricket store with my family intending to transfer my phone service from T-Mobile to Cricket and join our family plan. I came prepared with my account number and transfer PIN.
When I arrived, the associate asked for my phone, and I handed it over. After he worked on it for a bit, I mentioned that I had my transfer PIN and account number ready. He replied, “Oh, it’s too late. I already gave you a new number.” I explained that I’ve had my number for twelve years and use it for business, but he simply told me to call 611 because there was “nothing he could do.”
I spent three hours in the store on the phone trying to fix the mistake. On top of that, they overcharged us by $50 and added insurance and the most expensive plan without asking. The lack of communication and assumption on their part was strike one.
After hours of troubleshooting, the only solution offered was for me to pay for a separate plan temporarily and then move to my family’s account later—forcing me to spend even more out of pocket. Strike two.
It’s now been over a week and a half, and I still haven’t received a credit or any follow-up from management. When we called the store owner, he brushed us off and said he’d “get to it in about two weeks.” He even mentioned that the employee who made the mistake may have to pay for it personally, which is completely inappropriate, even if the error was his. Strike three.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. We’ll be transferring our business elsewhere soon.

I have been with cricket for years they are excellent in customer service and the person who helped me was excellent and very knowledgeable about the different products. Unfortunately the phone I got is a lemon that has nothing to do with any other assistance I have recieved from cricket I am hoping for a good resolution for my phone and switching it out so I will leave more after I have my customer service resolution

Went in to switch carriers for a cheaper monthly rate. I should have gotten a new phone but the employee was too busy picking his nose or something. Only after he installed a new SIM card into my phone did he mention I could have gotten a new phone and then laughed about it. Wouldn't fix his mistake either. Trashy.

drove an hour to go get an se and iPhone 12 the guy told us the receipt machine didn’t work and we would get a message as the receipt went home never got a message and realized we payed an extra 100 for each phone the next day decided to go check out what happened and they told us they couldn’t do anything cause we didn’t have the receipt of what we were charged obviously the guy knew what he was doing by not giving us our receipt and making us pay $1170 instead of our actual payment which was $993.
