I was very impressed with all of the employees who went out of their way to help me and ensure I got the items I needed. They also make sure I received the discounts I had coming.

I’m not one to normally review places, however, with my recent experience here feel that it’s warranted.
I’ve been getting my prescriptions here since pre-covid. Only issues I’ve had would be the waiting time to pick up my prescriptions as there usually seems to only be one employee working, regardless of the time of day. Last Tuesday, I ran out of my anti-anxiety prescription. Wednesday morning, I received a text asking if I wanted that one refilled along with two separate texts for two other prescriptions. I replied “yes” and they proceeded to fill only one, which was not my anti-anxiety. I got a text on Saturday afternoon saying the one prescription, of three that they were supposed to refill, was ready. The other two have been at a “being processed” status since Wednesday morning. I called yesterday afternoon in hopes of speaking to an actual human to figure out why my prescriptions were taking so long. I was only able to leave a voicemail after the recording said “they will call you back within one hour.” It is currently hour 20 and still have yet to receive a call back, and I’m still completely out of my anti-anxiety prescription. Those that have a mental illness and are on medication to help treat it know that you should NEVER stop your medications cold turkey and the withdrawals and anxiety symptoms are brutal. I’m currently on day 7 of being off my anti-anxiety prescription and haven’t felt this low since I was put on medication (3 years ago).
I am currently getting my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy and am told they will be ready this afternoon. CVS still says “being processed.” Unacceptable.

The lady with the blue hair working at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me and surrounding patrons. She could not care less about the customers. Very disappointed

Total dump and their pharmacy hours are never correct. If you need your prescription, you better try to get it the second it’s ready because it’s likely going to take you 2-3 tries to find someone at the pharmacy.

There is a reason this pharmacy is rated 2.6. It's Terrible. Nothing in stock. And pharmacist is rude and very unhelpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most ridiculous visit. The pharmacy was not open. Even though the hours stated they were. No signs. I did find one employee in the store who did not acknowledge me and walked away. I proceeded to walk around the store for several minutes before having to find them in the back loading dock of the store. I asked about the pharmacy and they said it would not be open today due to staffing. I said thank you and started to walk away. I turned around and asked them to put up a sign so people know instead of having to wonder the store that has 0 employees in it. The man continued to go on about how people are lazy and they don't come to work. I told him that was not my concern and that I just wanted them to communicate to me and their customers if they are not going to be open. It turns out the man that was talking was a truck driver and the store employee didn't say anything. I asked the trucker to stop talking and let the store employee talk. I reiterated that it was not too much to be asking to put up a simple sign. I then was walking out of the store an loudly heard them talking "a sign is going to fix everything" and laughing about it. This is when I lost it, and this is not my personality at all. I turned around and said that this is not too much to ask and to just put up the sign. By this point the entire store was watching so I loudly let everyone know the pharmacy was closed and that I had asked for them to put up a sign but that was too much to ask. I am sure with the number of people wondering the store that others were wondering the same thing. No help, no communication, and when I found them out they were extremely rude. I have had issue with this location in the past, this really tops the cake.

Out of everything i wanted on my OTC list
And hard to find items
Checkout is always messed up as you havd to do separate transactions for OTC and if you have 30% off coupon and you need separate transaction fof that too or it will take 30% of your cheapest item
I used the 30% on one 13.00 item then they took my 10$ reward so i got .75 off my item

We were visiting St. Cloud and working on crafts. I typically go to Walgreens to print photos where I live but thought I'd try CVS. I arrived at 5:56, along iwth another lady, and the doors were locked. It was not supposed to close until 6:00. I just needed to pick up two photos - $0.50 - that's it. I knocked and no one came. I knocked again and two separate cashiers walked by the door and ignored me completely. The other lady needed a medication. We left and it was 5:59 - still should have been open. \nNext morning I went in to pick up the photos and the two young girls behind the counter did not acknowledge that I was there. Once they did, they kept talking and one stayed behind the counter on her cell phone. While it's a college town, we should expect somewhat of some professional service from anyone working. It's disheartening to see employees care less and doing less then expected. Even closing a few minutes early.

**Almost had a new customer but CVS failed with their choice of employees**
Took almost a half hour between waiting on hold (I was not upset, totally understand being busy) and speaking to the RUDEST lady on the phone. She was snotty, had no customer service skills and I am pretty sure she didn't even get my prescription put through correctly. When i wanted to verify my prescription (amount of tablets and mg) she wouldn't even do it! I am shocked at how poorly I was treated, I am not sure I even want to go there to pick up my prescription (probably going to be calling a new place)! I had all the information I needed ready before I even called, I had to be easy to work with so I can't imagine what she treats people like who are more challenging. For management to pin point this employee that you should truly give the boot to, I spoke with her on 02/26/24 called in at 2:44p waited on hold for 20 minutes, total call duration was 27 minutes and 14 seconds.

I always receive great service. Courteous employees for years. Recently an employee named Quinn has helped me out numerous times finding items in the store. He makes sure I get my coupons applied. Today I met your nurse at the checkout and she invited me to use your clinic in a pinch. I have already been considering. I certainly will in the future.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Should have looked at reviews before I set up an appointment at the clinic. Very rude and disrespectful people that work here especially "fay" first name Felicia. Very unprofessional and shouldn't be working health care in the least. Hope she loses her job because people like this are what gives the medical field a bad reputation. I wouldn't even fathom to treat someone the way she did. Do NOT come here whatever you do.

The store doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months. Dirt and such built up around base of walls and around everything. Nothing has been moved to clean under. Shelves empty, Milk expires in one day. Pharmacy seemed shocked when I was nice and asked them how they were doing. That's the price you pay for working in the St. Cloud area. Bad management with no one being held accountable. Perhaps you should open up your clientele (insurance coverage) at the pharmacy, you could be rocking it like Walgreens across the street. You're missing out on a great opportunity to make a lot of money. Maybe CVS has an outdated business model. Bummer I'll have to find a different pharmacy.
