Horrible staff. Hang up on you. Refuse to answer questions. Proof of hanging up when trying to call back for third time completely astonished and making sure I contacted CVS cuz I needed help from that store. Wow.

Whoever is working today at the front counter.... man what an incredible guy!!! Was so nice and even good at the small talk. Was super helpful with everything I needed. Please refer this man for a raise!!! Was there at 5 pm on 5/13/25. Thank you for a WONDERFUL visit

I’m not one to normally review places, however, with my recent experience here feel that it’s warranted.
I’ve been getting my prescriptions here since pre-covid. Only issues I’ve had would be the waiting time to pick up my prescriptions as there usually seems to only be one employee working, regardless of the time of day. Last Tuesday, I ran out of my anti-anxiety prescription. Wednesday morning, I received a text asking if I wanted that one refilled along with two separate texts for two other prescriptions. I replied “yes” and they proceeded to fill only one, which was not my anti-anxiety. I got a text on Saturday afternoon saying the one prescription, of three that they were supposed to refill, was ready. The other two have been at a “being processed” status since Wednesday morning. I called yesterday afternoon in hopes of speaking to an actual human to figure out why my prescriptions were taking so long. I was only able to leave a voicemail after the recording said “they will call you back within one hour.” It is currently hour 20 and still have yet to receive a call back, and I’m still completely out of my anti-anxiety prescription. Those that have a mental illness and are on medication to help treat it know that you should NEVER stop your medications cold turkey and the withdrawals and anxiety symptoms are brutal. I’m currently on day 7 of being off my anti-anxiety prescription and haven’t felt this low since I was put on medication (3 years ago).
I am currently getting my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy and am told they will be ready this afternoon. CVS still says “being processed.” Unacceptable

What an absolute joke! My prescription was sent over 2 weeks ago and the loop over the number says it is still being filled. Nobody calls me back.

Came to pick up a prescription and they forgot to fill it. Then I waited for nearly 35 mins for someone to acknowledge that I was still here, while people who came after me were served. Absolutely terrible service. Will be looking to switch pharmacies.

Find somewhere else. Understaffed, long wait times, and often takes several trips to actually get your prescriptions.
