This Review was Needed. This store doesn't deserve 1 star. The worst DSW store I have ever entered in my entire life. The employees are Inexperience In customer service, knowledge of the basis job duties and unknown understanding of policies and procedures. Advice to the CEO of this Company go investigate your store In St Cloud, MN. I purchased some boots 3 times and ordered them in the store. I received used boots all 3 times. Staff plus Manager had sent me the same used boot that I ordered on line. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend buying anything in this St Cloud location not even online.

I stopped in yesterday to get a hiking shoe. Had a general idea of what I was looking for, and a budget. I was greeted immediately and helped by Jody who was very knowledgeable and showed me several different options. I left with the perfect shoe and color I wanted. Thank you!!

We went to this store and the cashier named Dave, was very quiet and did not once speak to us until he asked us for a phone number and was silent afterwards. Right when we left, he had a white couple come up and right as they came up, he pleasantly greeted and welcomed them. If you’re a person of color, please be ware of the racism from this place !

Stopped on 10.27.2023 to do a return. I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. My mom made a purchase at the same time and was treated the same way. We won't be coming back.
