My family has been buying cars and having them serviced at Eich for 20 years and they set the standard. Beautiful facilities, kind staff and impeccable service. I wish that every dealership operated like Eich.

The way they handle everything is top notch, there prices are by far the fairest of all mechanics combined, they keep you in the loop discuss everything with you and understand things from your perspective and there pricing is what is so much cheaper than anywhere and everywhere

My car has been in and out of the service department for the past 4 months for warranty work still not fixed. Mike the service manager thought it was okay to vandalize my car after we purchased a brand new car. I have him on video doing it. FYI if you decide to vandalize someone's car Mike make sure there are no cameras around.

I feel moved to come home from having my oil changed, tires rotated etc to say, I really like everyone at Eich. I procrastinate stopping my life to bring my car in for routine maintenance but they got me in the very next day! Mike drove the complimentary shuttle so I didn’t have to wait, Mike was super friendly and easy to talk to. And of course I always go say hello to my fav sales person Bryce. Who makes friends w their car dealer!? Anyway, I wish my hubby took care of all my car things but I don’t need him to, because eveyone at eich takes care of me when it comes to anything car related. Oh and they wash my car too. It’s like the cherry on the top. Really grateful for their excellent customer service and great mechanics.

Went in after seeing details online for a truck. Got there, same details on the sticker, however 3 of them weren’t actually on the truck ( power moon roof, power tail gate, wireless charging). Couldn’t meet us on fair pricing due to the misrepresentation of the vehicle. Super disappointing.

We always bring our 2012 Passat there for service. Never had an issue and pricing is fair. They also give my husband a veterans discount which is nice.
