As someone who knows customer service, I can say Eich Motors definitely knows how to treat a customer, from Sales with Courtney to Management with Ryan! Jr in Service. Also Kim who helped me with additional set up options when Courtney was off, they are definitely fantastic. Excellent customer service and overall just a wonderful experience! Thank you Eich Motors.

Car brought in on a friday for routine oil change, techs noticed head gasket leak. Within warranty range so they lined up a loaner vehicle, gave me a ride to pick it up and by Tuesday I had my car back. No need to return loaner, just went directly to Eich. Very friendly, to the point. Did not purchase my VW from them but have done my last few service appts there and will definitely be going to them when I decide to upgrade my Taos!

I want to shout out to the employee that cleaned my 2015 Volkswagen Passat TDI! You did an AWESOME JOB! Twice now I have taken my VW to be detailed or have restoration done. Both times I have been very very pleased with the work they have done. You definitely will be seeing me again! Thanks again!

We purchased a 2021 Jetta SE brand new in 2022, and we loved it so much. We put 80,000 miles on it with no issues!
We came back to Eich and traded in on a brand new 2025 Jetta. Sales and service is top notch!

Took my Volkswagen rabbit in for an ignition column replacement. When I got it back, the battery perpetually drains, leaving the car unable to start in any weather below 30 degrees. I called and left a message and they never responded. I paid them over $1000 and now have to carry around a Wolf Box to jump start my car randomly.
