Went in for a new pair of sneakers on Saturday. Had plenty of questions, and there was always someone there to answer them, without being pushy. Bought a pair of Skechers, but end up bring them back on Wednesday because they were a bit too small. Got them exchanged for another pair, and the process was quick and hassle free!

Our van broke down in front of the store. While we waited for the tow truck, on a hot day they kindly brought us some cold water to cool down while we waited! That was extremely kind of them!

One of our new favorite places you can earn discounts on future purchases and my daughter is all about shoes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean. Never had any issues.

Always find (too many) something(s) on my visits!Great deals with BOGO50% and clearance area in rear!Great women's Dept brand selection, men's and children's could be broader.Location is optimal for a multiple store shopping day as the 'mall' it is located in has several popular discount stores. 1 parking spot:5 stops :)Store is organized and I've never felt "crowded" there- even during peak seasons.Staff has always been very friendly and always helpful. Certainly ask for assistance if you can't locate your size - they will find you a pair, if not from the back, from somewhere in this world!Mom tip: the more kids you have, the more their rewards program pays off ?
