Arrived shortly after 6pm on 10/2/25 when the hours listed said open until 7. Our order was complete and paid for. The assistant manager refused to hand us the order, saying they were closed & that I had to come back the following day. No attempt to make it right, no responsibility for THEIR mistake posting incorrect hours, no attempt to make it right, just strict adherence to policy over service.
An apology, coupon, or any empathy at all would have gone a long way in keeping me as a customer, but due to this blatant irresponsibility & disregard for customer service, our firm will use *anyone* else in the future. I’ll make sure to spread the word to help others avoid this experience.

It's irresponsible to change your store hours and fail to update your website or Google maps with the new hours. There's nothing worse than rushing there with critical documents to print only to find the doors locked. The good news is the friendly and helpful staff at Office Depot got the job done.

Today I received the worst service at the FedEx office, just because I didn't speak English. The woman put on a very ugly face as soon as she saw me. She wasn't friendly at all. Even though I told her I didn't understand, she didn't bother to translate. Regardless of the language, a customer service person is supposed to be friendly and helpful. She offered the highest rate.

Incredible service and great packaging of several heavy but delicate antiques, everything arrived thoughtfully packed in quality packing materials, Manager Jesse took time to address any concerns I had with the packaging and shipping, insuring my items arrived swiftly and safely. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you to all involved!

I had the best experience shipping my package here. I forget the ladies name… but she was wonderful. We were there at 6:30pm Friday April 18th and she was more helpful than I could’ve ever hoped for. She was able to show me how to properly package my item and find a way to ship it at a price that worked for me and the arrival that I needed.

My mother, a senior and long-time member of the local community, recently visited this FedEx Kinko’s location to send an important fax. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted her was condescending and did not treat her with the respect she deserved, leaving her feeling uncomfortable and undervalued during the process.
In addition, the cost to send an 8-page fax was $25, which seems excessive, especially given that no receipt was provided. Due to this poor customer service and lack of transparency, we will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it. I suggest considering alternative stores for your printing and faxing needs.

I had a rather large last minute printing need and FedEx (in particular Lucas) stepped up to the plate and made sure that my order was complete and done correctly. Lucas went above and beyond and paid attention to the smallest of details. I will definitely be back for my printing needs.

Poor service absolutely no help or place to go for help or guidance! I need to have a CPAP machine (medical device) picked up in Puerto Vallarta Mexico deliver to my place in Minnesota. Their 800 customer service number is just as worthless!
