They keep delivering to the wrong address. Called and told them the correct address, still didn't get them. Called them again and said I had to call the shipper to send to correct address. Did that and still same thing. I heard from post office that fed-ex has not updated their website addresses. Won't be using them anymore!!

I just want to shout out our driver Jake Iverson. He has been one of the best delivery people we have had. Always concerned about making sure we get our packages in a timely manner, which in turn keeps our business going!! Thanks Jake!

We apparently missed our delivery, like that they called but when went to pick up could not figure out how to get in the building for customer pick up. When finally did got 1 package out of 3. I do appreciate FedEx reaching out but could give better directions

My package was out for delivery yesterday, and there was a family member there to receive the package. The tracking updated saying "Delay - Customer not available or business closed". There was no note left by the driver and our security camera did not show a driver attempt a delivery. 9 times out of 10, this phony "delay" update means the driver didn't feel like delivering your package that day but wanted to keep the books clean. I will be calling to have this package held at the FedEx office because I have a strong feeling the driver will not attempt the delivery again this afternoon. The 50% 1-star reviews speak for themselves.

The order was marked that they attempted delivery, when they did not. Someone was home and would’ve noticed. It then got marked that I rescheduled the delivery, when I did not.
