The order was marked that they attempted delivery, when they did not. Someone was home and would’ve noticed. It then got marked that I rescheduled the delivery, when I did not.

Driver attempted delivery of my package, but was outside of delivery window by 45 minutes. I was 2 minutes from home when I received the message that my delivery was missed. Customer service was not helpful and could not locate my package, and I was told they could not contact the driver to return to the address to deliver my package. I attempted to schedule a pickup for my package, but was told that that is not possible either because the shipper requested the delivery be sent to my address.This could have been avoided if FedEx had better tracking capabilities, and example of which would be a notification saying the driver is within a certain number of stops, or distance from the location. Or a live tracking system implementation, since all of the trucks have GPS installed. So all in all, I have to wait for tomorrow for something that could have been resolved by simple steps, and modernization of an otherwise antiquated delivery system.EDIT: This is not pointed towards the FedEx ground location in specific, but FedEx as a whole. This is not the first time I have had this happen, and I suspect it is not the first for many others.After some time on the phone with FedEx I was told they would be attempting redelivery today, but after a few hours with no word on the matter. I called back to find out the person I had spoken with lied to me implicitly. She had even stated a case number in which I could track for more info. This is blatant and utter disrespect for the customer, and I do hope this particular person is reprimanded for their actions.

They couldn’t deliver for 2 days due to weather so I called and asked if I could come pick up myself. They had my package pulled from the semi by the next morning ready for me to pick up…. All on Christmas Eve! So thankful!

The building I live in has lock boxes for couriers and a secure mail room with lockers. I had a package delivered while I was at work thinking that it would be safe and put in the lockers. However, FedEx refuses to use them. Instead they left the packages in the entryway and mine was lucky enough to be stolen.I called support and they're just as bad as the drivers. She lied to me, telling me that the driver doesn't have access to the building. I asked to talk to a manager so I could get this straightened out and save my future packages. They wouldn't put one on the line.Their drivers are lazy, incompetent, and frankly, just don't care about their jobs.If you have the choice, never ship with them!

They said my package was going to be delivered on Monday and then a delay notice now it's Wednesday said it was out for delivery as 8:06a.m. then at 12:35 p.m. said unexpected delay now supposed to be delivered tomorrow.What a joke I was even going to go and pick it up but it's not a option and of course I don't have a number to call only the 800 number

First my package was shipped FedEx but it came to post office. One person from the company I purchased the item from told me it was from FedEx then I had to call back in the middle of the night to find out that it was going to come by the post office and I finally received my package

Always fail to buzz my apartment and claim I am not there because of it. If they buzzed my unit I would be able to answer and receive my packages. FedEx has always been the bottom of the barrel as far as delivery goes.

Need to teach their drivers to STOP at stop signs and not run them ! And what's with some of these guys dressing like bums ? The FEDEX I know has uniforms...these are the guys from FEDEX GROUND located at730 60th St S, St Cloud, MN 56301

Just watched a driver almost hit the car behind me which would of transfered to my car and the driver had the passenger side headlight completely out too! I don't want to share the road with this company anymore! I have the license plate and clear picture of the fed ex delivery truck with no headlight!

FedEx is currently sending my shipment back. I did not ask them to do this - they screwed up, big time. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday. I watched the truck pull into my apartment complex, waited for them to ring my buzzer (which never happened), and then watched them drive away. I checked the tracking page afterwards and they lied and said that they "attempted delivery," so I called customer support and asked if they could send the driver back, to which they said they would.Five hours passed, so I called them again. This time, they tell me that the first person I talked to messed up, and that my shipment was now being sent back to the shipper. The second person assured me that this would be resolved, and that I could expect my package by end of day Monday (since it was too late to get it on Friday at that point). I checked the tracking this morning, and it is currently en route back to the shipper. I would call them again and complain, but so far that has gotten me nowhere and I honestly just don't want to deal with FedEx anymore, so at this point I'm just going to request a refund from the shipper.

My wife's package said deliverd this morning and never recieved anything. She was waiting all day on it, to never show up! Previous experiences were all good this time i want to know what happened?

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a 500 dollar phone from Straighttalk online. It needs a signature to be delivery. They attempted to delivery it on a Thursday. I wasn’t home so I called them and asked if I was able to pick it up at the location closest to me. They said due to their contract with Straightalk they could not, I would have to call Straighttalk and get them to contact FedEx, that was a lie. I called Straightalk and they said they could not contact FedEx about my package. So I call FedEx again, ask them how do I get my package. They said I need to be home from 9am-8pm on Friday to sign for it, this is completely not doable for me. I convince my mom to come out to my house and stay here until it was delivered. They lied again, they came to drop it off at 8:02am in the morning, she obviously wasn’t there as they told me 9am. She and I then both call and are assured it will be delivered on Saturday between 8am-8pm. I called Saturday morning at 7:45am and am assured it will be arriving on Saturday from 8am-8pm. It is now Saturday evening at 7:00 pm and my package has still not arrived, I have been at home all day waiting to sign for this. I call FedEx again and they tell me that my package is not arriving today and it was never planned to arrive today. So I just wasted 12 hours of my life for nothing. Collectively I have talked to 10 different people, 5 supervisors and have gotten absolutely no where. So thank you FedEx for wasting my time, effort and now my money I can’t get back for 2 months when this package isn’t delivered for the 3rd time.
