Instead of calling firestone call it FRAUDSTONE. one of the worst experiences I have faced here. Worst customer service and they were doing a lot of fraud inside the garage. I have a warranty on the tire that got flat I called them even though they haven't provided any toying service. So I replaced it with my spare tire, flat tire handed it to the garage. First they said the flat tire is no more useful so they want to give new tire instead of that and charged $45 still the tire is in warranty, and they come with new problem about the tire bolt they said crossed it will broke if we take out the nut and if the boult was broke it would be $233. They can't even take out the cross boult what type of employees they had. It happens not only this time, this is the second time I am seeing these fraudulent things in this garage. Go somewhere else if you choose this they will create new problems and they will charge too much.

The bad thing is that they only serve you by appointment and if you have an emergency they can't help you.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had at your shop. It wasn’t just about poor service—it was about the inhumane and unprofessional treatment I received. Here’s a summary of what happened:
I had an issue with my car’s wheel and towed it to your shop. Initially, I spoke with a staff member working the evening shift, who was polite and professional. We agreed on a price, and I dropped off the car the following day.
Later, I was told the car would be ready by the end of the day. However, I arrived and waited the entire day, only to be told it wasn’t ready and that I would need to pay more. This scenario repeated itself for three consecutive days. Each time, I was given a different excuse, but no resolution.
Despite these issues, what upset me the most was how I was treated when I tried to explain my situation. I called the shop the next day, explaining that I was traveling with my family, including a young child, and that we were stranded in the middle of nowhere because of the delays. I politely asked for them to expedite the work and honor their commitments. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with disrespect.
One of your employees (the man with glasses working during the day) responded to my concerns with complete disregard, using an inappropriate tone and making insulting remarks. His exact words conveyed disdain for my situation and family, which was utterly shocking. He hung up the phone without any apology or effort to address the issue.
Not only did this individual lie about the pricing and fail to meet deadlines, but he also displayed an appalling lack of empathy AND WHEN I ASKED HIM PLEASE TRY , HE WAS LIKE : I KNOW I KNOW YOU MEED TO TACE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY AND EVERYTHING !!! And ended the call .( in other words f you and your family . . Even in difficult situations, there is a basic level of human decency that should never be compromised.
You never make fun of people's families mr glasses guy!!! ( it was a phone call so i believe that was the guy with glasses )
I have no intention of tolerating this type of treatment. If I had the time, I would seriously consider pursuing legal action against this business. I trusted your shop to provide honest and reliable service, but instead, I was met with deception, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect.
I hope you address this matter seriously with that impolite individual . No customer should ever have to endure such treatment.

They sent my card to the wrong address and wouldn't work with me to change the address. Then they "lost" the information on the account so now I can't make a payment.

My son's car broke down on the side of I-94 an hour away from home and got towed here late on a Saturday afternoon. The techs and other staff were fabulous! They were friendly and worked toward getting my son's car back on the road safely and in a timely manner.

Very nice staff, went in to get 4 tires replaced it took roughly 2 hours which is fine. When we left we noticed a noise and went right back. They lifted it right back up and within minutes figured out what it was and showed us. They fixed it up quick and we were out the door again. Thank you to all the Firestone employees that worked with us. You are all amazing.

Firestone got me in for an oil change and tire rotation within 2 hours of my first telephone call. When I arrived, they took my Jeep in promptly. The crew, from phone too service were courteous and professional. Great job! High recommendation!
