I had bad experience this shop and I believe they’re not honest first they didn’t fix the problem that I came I still have massages popping on my screen second they shutdown my starter and I have to pay $1630 in order to drive and now I have DPF problem never coming back again

Had them put new radiator an brakes picked it up drove home in day light didn't realize I had no parking light week or so later was driving it up to park it for winter then realized no parkin lights called momentum caused they had to made not work took two day an 400 to tell me it's not there problem but will fix for 1200 in last 6 months they worked on totalling 15,000 an know have no lights an another 400 out of pocket near see my business again an they shown me they don't care

I purchased a 2021 freightliner Cascadia from the guys over there at Momentum and St Cloud. I can’t say enough for the salesman and all the rest of the guys that were involved in making the deal work. Just wanted to say thank you to everybody. I bought a truck nice tires only get home and see the one tire had a flat spot had a truck alignment done putting steer tires. Next thing you know steer tire funny I got alignment had to put kingpins in it right away and check engine light before I got home. Had to put a sensor in it. Got maybe 40,000 miles on it since I bought it. Broke down again sitting in South Dakota need a transmission and a radiator Oil cooler line stripped in the radiator put my oil out burnt out the transmission $15,000 bill. How about that? They sold me the truck warranty at the dealership in St. Cloud that I paid around 11 grand about for it. No one wants to give me back my money. In rip off warranty I’m filing with the court. I advise by nothing from the crooked people. And yes, I am Tilly MPH trucking LLC out of North Dakota.

Absolute professionals. Well organised. The most friendly and helpful personnel. Got towed in by Towtruck and some one was waiting for the truck. He discussed the situation wirh tow teuck driver asked me what truck was doing, directed me to the drivers lounge with a promise of having an answere before closing time. We arrived at 14h31 they close 23hoo. My Company book me a Motel Room and they got me there and pucked me up in the morning. I arived at Motel at 16h30 and my called me at 18h30 saying truck was fixed. The workshop Manager/Supervisor came to pick me up the next morning as the other staff was real busy and he dropped me off with my key at my truck.. now if this isn't going above and beyond I dont know what is. I gave a five star rating but if there were more stars to give they surely would get it.

I’m usually afraid to take my truck to dealers because they charge super high, but this place was really good on price and the work. They updated my software and fixed few other things. I recommend this place. If I’m gonna need anything again, I will come back, even though I live in different state.

A screwball ripped off my mirror in the night out in St Cloud. These guys had a replacement Freightliner mirror in stock and got me right in and fixed up ON A SATURDAY!! Great service and didn't waste my time with a ton of waiting, though they did have to go through the typical waiting and approval process from my fleet management, but that's not their fault.They have awesome recliners in the waiting lounge, 2 tvs, coffee, vending machines. The wait was nice and comfortable!
