The worker barely acknowledged that we were there. He was helping a customer for the first 10 minutes we were there which is fine but when we ended up being the only customers in the store, the worker did not help us. I told him what we were looking for and he was more concerned with digging through drawers and cupboards behind the counter. Very rude and standoffish. Will not return!

Do not buy any game consoles from here. They don't do service at all. Has to ship to TX. No warranty, yet you spend a lot of money on them.

We always purchase the extended warranties. Bought a brand new PS5 in March '24 and the extended warranty. The controller needed to be replaced, but that's not how it works anymore. Game Stop's "newer policy" requires a customer to return the ENTIRE system! Here's the best part <sarcasm> they replace your BRAND NEW system, that's has absolutely nothing wrong with it, other than the controller, with a USED system. So, in order to use the warranty that you purchase you have to give them a brand new system when the ONLY thing that needs to be replaced is the freaking controller! It's absolutely pointless to purchase the extra warranties! The controller warranties are a waste too because you get a "refurbished" controller that sucks more than the one that needed replacing. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with Game Stop's revised policies.

We will no longer be coming back to this location. The employees we’ve dealt with are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs. My husband bought a game that was supposedly new but it wasn’t even wrapped in plastic. We didn’t even realize it until we got home. He called asking why it said it was new and apparently it was the floor model copy (last one). They’re supposed to reseal it with plastic before selling. This location is also really small compared to other GameStop locations and doesn’t carry a lot of merchandise.

The lady working there really has no clue what she's doing was supposed to sign me up for pro membership if the regular guy wasn't there when I checked out I might never have known until it was to late. Otherwise it was a very wonderful trip!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in bought a brand new ps5 a year ago. Asked for a 2 year warranty on that and the extra controller I bought. The person who rung me up didn't put the warranty on there, didn't even put me in their computer system.. my ps5 suddenly stopped working wouldn't power on or nothing. Brought it in to exchange they wouldn't cause they couldn't find me in their system. Contacted customer support they found my purchase told me they would resolved this in 3 to 5 business days. Contacted them again when they didn't contact me within the 3 to 5 days they told me they would push it to the higher ups to get this resolved. After contacting customer service 7 times they finally emailed me saying bring the ps5 in and have the manager contact support line to get the exchange taken care of. Went in showed the email to the manager, he takes one glance at the email and tells me he can't do anything for me because I didn't purchase the warranty and even if I did purchased it their warranty doesn't cover it. 7 long phone calls, 3 trips to the store, a month later, and they finally tell me that its not their problem is sonys problem..I will never shop here again they are absolutely worthless company
