I was advised by the sales manager on the phone that everyone that financed a vehicle with them that they would pay the tax and title even though I was financing with GM finance. I drove 4 hours to the dealership and gave them my deposit and they added the tax and title to my loan. I did not notice it right away and when I called the sales manager he denied it and said they are required to add tax and title to the loan. I called GM financial and they said that is not true. I left a message with the dealer principle and the general sales manager and neither returned my call. I called a second time to the general sales manager and still no call. I emailed him and advised him I called several times and he still did not respond. Several days later I posted a review on their web site and finally the GM emailed me right away and asked me to call. I talked to the GM and he said that he looked through the call log and did not find my messages. Really doubtful but soon as I wrote a review that finally got his attention. I told him to pull the recorded call and listen for himself when the sales manager offered to pay the tax and title. Well 5 days later and he has not responded. Amazing! I am sure he heard the same thing that I did and now just ignoring me and expecting this to go away. Definitely a business that lacks integrity.

BEWARE!! Gilleland's quoted us a price on a brand new vehicle that we test drove and wanted to buy. However, we had been there 3 hours already and it was closing time and wanted to mull it over, so we said we would chat the next day. Gilleland called us the next day saying they messed up and the quote they gave us the night before was actually on the wrong vehicle. They were quoting a 2024 not a 2025. So, the GM and I agreed on a price over the phone of what it would cost us, everything included, taxes, fees, etc. OUT THE DOOR. We bought the vehicle for the agreed on price, took it home and drove it for 2 weeks!! THEN, to our surprise, after 2 weeks of driving and adding several accessories, we received a call from Gilleland demanding $6000 more!! Stating they forgot to collect a down payment! The GM said the price we agreed on the phone of OUT THE DOOR was also suppose to have a $6000 down payment. AND...the business manager also called my son while he was at work and threatened him with charging him with a FELONY if he didn't pay it! Their quotes are trickery and when our son E-signed the papers, the way it was written up, WASN"T as the GM had promised! "Shockingly" the GM said he didn't have the recording of our agreement we made over the phone! SHADY!!!! BEWARE!

I went to Gilleland in search of making a deal that would make sense for my situation. My salesman Ben was FANTASTIC! His approach was in kindness and genuine care about us, my routine, needs and the type of vehicle I was looking for. He made the experience extremely seamless, and he worked hard on a busy Saturday to do his best to meet our expectations. I will be back, and I appreciated the entire staff and the time they took to really dig in to what I needed. Great job Ben:)

If there was a no star rating, that is definitely what I would give Gil LE Lan D. I had the craziest Mr. Roger's. Wanna be sales person? Then switched in the middle of everything. He talked me into this car that I did not want. I didn't feel good. I didn't want to make my decision that day. Very, very pressured the only good thing out of the whole. Shebang is that I Was reunited with an old friend I was very disappointed because I spoke up this business for years. Because I had friends whose whole family had gone through them for several years of business and new vehicles. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't back their word. They are totally sneaky with everything. Gross!!!!

Do not purchase or service your vehicle at this dealership. I brought my vehicle in for warranty work and not only did the Service Advisors not return my calls but I never received a work order. I don't know if they performed any work on my vehicle. I called the General Manager and he was unprofessional and said they don't have to call back with any information about my vehicle. I expected this from him because everything he stated was untrue about the appointment time, the service performed and the service advisors lack of communication.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had has been with the service department. And the representative/secretary Carl Anderson. NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE TO GILLELAND CHEVROLET service department

I had an appointment for a licensed Cadillac CUE screen dealer to come to my house and install a new screen for $249. Figured I could save some money bringing my car into the dealership where they quoted me “about $2000” an 806% price increase. Went with the original dealer paid a total of $300 with a tip and have a great new screen. No thanks to gilleland.

They sell junk cars. I had bought a new truck that I had ordered in 2021. The process didn't go the smoothest, I don't think anybody's did during the vehicle shortage, but my truck sat there at Gilleland for another three weeks after it arrived with issues mechanically/mechanics. The second vehicle I bought was a used Honda Odyssey, 2010.But I had problems with two days after driving it off the lot. Misfire codes, and hesitation No power. I had it checked at Luther Honda. After calling Gilleland and letting them know that there were issues,They said all they could do is give me 20% off of parts to fix it. Throughout the next couple months, nothing but problems changing spark plugs, Breaking down, tow charges, rental cars ,and a catalytic converter. I Looks like I'm holding the bag. Most car dealerships offer a five day or 2000 mile warranty with any vehicle. Make sure you find that dealer, I would not shop here. Very disappointed with customer service And the management here. I brought the van back in recently to possibly trade it off to get maybe half of what I put in but they didn't go for it. I went elsewhere. I will never go back to Gilleland!

This was our first time doing business with Gilleland Chevrolet, and this will definitely not be our last! Though we just bought a new 2023 Chevy Blazer, it will be awhile before we are in the market for a new vehicle. We were looking to replace a Chevy with another one, though we were unsure with what. There was not a lot of inventory in our area, so we put in an inquiry with Gilleland, 90 minutes south. Jason got back to me right away and we started talking about the Traverse and he also suggested the Blazer. Jason is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with setting an appointment. We set the appointment and Silas greeted us as we walked in the door. Silas asked us questions about what features we are looking for and our price point. He pulled up for us to test drive a Blazer, Traverse, and Silverado. Though after driving the Blazer, we knew that is what we wanted, but wanted to compare the three. Nothing wrong with the Traverse or Silverado, they just did not meet our current and future needs. We threw a lot of questions at Silas, and he answered them quickly and competently! He is a real professional and knows the products and features very well! We came to an agreement on price and terms, and then we worked with Christian to sign papers and Silas handed us our keys! In three hours we went through the entire process! Very low stress and no pressure to do anything but make an informed decision! And Silas did a great job getting us to the finish line! Thank you team for putting us in a great Blazer!

Carl in service was absolutely amazing! Every time I have brought my blazer in service has been great and prompt. They offer free Wi-Fi and a nice bench with plug ins for charging so I was able to work while they worked on my car. The guys are always super nice and greet me by name whenever I come in for a service. It’s a nice breath of fresh air ?

Unsatisfactory service shop had my car in there 2 times once to order parts and the 2nd to get it repaired and yet the didn’t fix it right when I got it back the code came right back on Can’t trust there techs there for anything will not buy another car from this place cuz this car has been more problems then on the road

Called on the phone for printing a new car key. They asked for my model of car and confirmed they had a key available. I drove 1 hour to get there and then told me they didn't have the key. When I called no one set the key aside for me even though they knew I was coming. I spoke with the manager about it. I told him I don't like wiring bad reviews but I probably would have to do it. Instead of just owning the mistake and apologizing and seeing what could be done about it, they started making excuses for why they didn't have it. They had my car infoIt would have been easy to set the key aside for me. I don't like writing bad reviews. This was a waste of my time.

We purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima for our son for college. We noticed the car had a broken windshield, the AC did not work, it had one set of keys, and the battery was corroded. This was our third vehicle purchased from Gilleland. The salesman, Ben said they would fix the AC and battery but told us to turn in the cracked windshield to our insurance company after we buy it stating, "it doesn't really matter who's insurance covers it". Bad business!! They did fix the AC and batter, however, that was not the problem it was the coolant system. We also looked into another key fob because the saleman told us it would be inexpensive to get a replacement. We called a Nissan dealer who informed us that would cost near $600 to replace. We contacted Gilleland who would not help us get a replacement. Also, we have continued to have issues with the coolant system. We called their service department who tells us they only refilled the Freon but it took them three times because their machine wasn't working. That was a lie, we found the service slip stating it was the fans for the coolant system. We will never work with Gilleland again. Very disappointed, especially since we are return customers.
