Incompetent associate and Manager "David" put me in a bind returning an item that wasn't supposed to be returned. Then "David" followed up with rude behavior that isn't acceptable in any business manner. "David" left me at a loss without compensation or anything comparable. Disgusting all around.

Walked in and wondered around so long it started to become funny how the employees wern’t interested if I needed any help. Anyways after my struggles of finding my few items I went to checkout and what appeared to be a manager made a snarky remark as if It was my fault for asking for the free gift that’s advertised on the counter as a free gift no purchase. 50$ later and shitty service I had to write a review. Worst HF in MN

Lifetime warranty on tools. I like that.

I showed up at 7:50 one evening and the doors were locked. I know closing time was 8:00, but locking up that early is a little excessive. I know it wasn't because of staffing issues because I could see 3 employees just standing around the cash registers. All I needed was a moving blanket I would have been in and out in under 5 minutes. Very bad way of doing business. So, I drove down the street to Menards and they were happy to take my money.

Good store, usually has a decent stock. Come early for the couponed tool deals.
Casher was a bit odd though (elderly man, wearing mostly women's clothing, including what was apparently a stuffed brassiere...)

Worst experience ever. The cashier "supervisor" was rude!!!! Asked for assistance with something she said you can just do it. Did not ask if I wanted extended warranty. I like harbor freight but this will keep me from going for a while.
