Went in to do my property tax refund and she put the wrong bank account number so now I have to wait for a paper check this is the second time I've done my taxes with h and r block and they some how screwed up last time I had to amend my tax RETURN because it was done incorrectly and my refund was less then it was supposed to be

Called to try and schedule an appointment with one of their reps that we've worked with in the past. The person who picked up was incredibly rude and had no intentions of trying to assist us at all. This just reminds us why we stopped coming here to begin with.

First of all, HR Block staff are always super friendly no matter if it's right away when they open or when it's about to close.Second of all, i would love to give an employee shout out to Gale. She's super informative and actually explained something to me that i didn't fully understand from last years taxes. would also periodically ask if i was fully understanding everything.From now on, I will always make an appt to work with Gale... every year!!

Bruce and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful, but this branch charges a ridiculous amount of money for a simple tax return. I was charged $380 to have my taxes prepared. It would be one thing if I didn't have my paperwork in order and we had to go searching for information, but I was very organized and had everything needed. I spoke to another branch and they told me they wouldn't have charged more than $180. This branch charges a criminal amount of money for what they do. I will not be back
