The branch itself is fine. But to not have a 24 hour service line that works on Sundays is a travesty and frankly makes me heavily consider taking my business elsewhere. I signed up when this was still TCF and was impressed with their services, but since the merger, somehow the 21st largest bank in the United States can't pay for a single building in the West somewhere that has a 24 hour customer service line? Especially to unlock cards that they suspend? Yes I can unlock it if I lock the card, but if they do it I have to wait for their convenience? Naw dawg. That ain't me.

Great service. Great team!
They helped me secure a home equity line of credit when I needed emergency funds to buy a new AC unit for my house.
Great manager. I recommend them all day, everyday!

I opened my account online before I read the reviews. I wasn't too worried about the poor reviews because they were mostly about the unprofessional and rude customer service, but I thought I wouldn't really ever have to deal with that, as I use online banking for bills and have direct deposit from payroll. Within a month my access to online banking was locked. They send an email saying to call the phone number, when you finally get to talk to someone, they tell you you have to go in to a physical branch. Ok, minor inconvenience, right? Dang these people weren't lying about the crappy customer service! I am always kind and respectful when speaking to other human beings. The teller I got stuck with was not. He was a young boy-karen, who talked down to me and lied to my face, until another lady came over and actually helped.

I see why there are bad reviews. In person customer service is horrible. If employees are having a bad day, probably shouldn’t take it out on others.

Bank is the worst bank I ever worked with every time I would make a check deposit it takes a 7 day review when in there clause it clearly states that differently!

What a disgrace of a branch. Helped my parents "close" their account back in July at this location. Found out today, the account was never closed and an electronic payment went through. Huntington called to tell me I need to make my balance whole. Called this location today and they completely brushed me off. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for causing this type of headache, especially when a part of this closing was for a family member who passed away. All three female tellers sit their and assure you that everything is closed and just find. Now my parents have to pay up for some incompetent worker's mistake. Disgusting lack of customer service, empathy, and personal accountability.

This bank was easy to set up trust account, but it was complex and the bank had to go through a lot of steps and they had to built a profile and they had to go through a lot of steps so if you do set up a trust account with this bank, please make sure they have all the documents correct and make sure you have all the information correct so when you go to this bank, you have no issues 100% it was not easy to set up the trust but they were really helpful and they got it taken care of Huntington Bank and make sure you have a tax payer ID number or you won’t be able to set up a trust accounts

Trying to open account online it says come to the bank in person which I did 3 tellers 3 managers only one other customers inside the bank and they tell me I have to schedule an appointment to try to open up a checking account where there is five other people who are not currently doing anything and FYI, five other people were white and I’m black so I guess they think I’m probably not gonna come back at 1 o’clock but it is amazing me how you want someone to open up a checking account but you have no one willing to open up a checking account and you literally have five people not doing anything

I've been a customer for more than five years, and I use their card for everyday purchases. I went to the bank myself to do a wire transfer, but no one greeted me. The bank teller, who was good at communicating, looked at me and said I should see the branch manager "for a wire transfer". I had the worst customer service encounter ever when I went to the branch manager's cabin. Zero empathy and practically no ability to communicate with a client. Joel is his name, and he is a horrible person. I had to follow up and ask for the reference code for the wire transfer myself, where he was supposed to call me back. Terrible customer service, I don't refer this bank (especially at this location) for their worse business.
