Wonderful help from all staff here. From guiding us through the insurance pains to very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable installers. We will be using insight for all of our needs while we continue to live in the area. (Thank you for the peace of mind and safety with helping us with the cubby bed)

Ali and Mohamed were more than accommodating while setting up my son’s Cubby bed. They were thoughtful and thorough with going over the technology and features of the bed. If you like professional, compassionate and efficient these 2 are your guys!

They were amazing, friendly and especially explained everything about the bed. My kids both love the bed and the nightlight plus the music. I love the camera to check on my boy while he sleeps. Thank you so very much Insight Medical Service. God bless

Extremely easy to work with and tremendously personable. I called and talked to Nurto, and she helped me set up everything over the phone to pick up my fully covered equipment thru my insurance. All I had to do was go pick up my equipment.Mohammed helped me in store, and it was quick and easy. He walked me through everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions.I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INSIGHT MEDICAL SERVICES for any of your medical equipment or any questions! Talk to them first, BEFORE ANY OTHER medical supply store, and you won't need to talk to anybody else!

They are thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable. Helped me get tube feeding supplies for my kid with insurance. They take the time to listen to your questions and help explain their equipment. Highly recommend!
