Hands down the best battery store I’ve ever been to. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted right away and treated like a valued customer, not just another sale. The staff actually know their stuff and go out of their way to make sure I leave with the exact battery I need. I’ve bought car batteries, boat batteries, and even small ones for tools and remotes here, and every single time the process has been smooth and fast. They don’t just hand you a box, they’ll test your old battery, explain the options, and even install it on the spot.
The prices are more than fair for the quality you get, and the peace of mind is worth every penny. What really sets this place apart is how dependable they are. If they say they have it, they have it. If I need something unusual, they figure it out instead of sending me away. That kind of service is rare these days.

Awesome service - my battery died and my car has weird electrical issues. They replaced my battery and installed a battery switch so I could disconnect my battery at night. Nice!

Been coming here for years. Been having battery issues with my work vehicle. Month ago they said if problem persists we will swap battery and warranty partial of old battery. Well, went in tonight to get battery swapped, guy working the counter was too lazy to go look at the date stamp on my battery. Gave me a small discount on new and said there's your battery and pointed at the one sitting on the floor. Employees would always go swap my battery out for me. The guy tonight was about as worthless as they come. He said it was an extra $20 to swap the battery out for me. Me puzzled because this never goes this way, looks at receipt and said, I suppose I will have to bring the core back..... Nope he said he wasn't going to charge me a core charge........ Dude was straight up lazy.....
To add to this I just had my battery swapped on my personal vehicle(same location) 1 week ago. Employee had no issue going outside and swapping it.

Service was good. But the battery..Three years ago I bought a new car battery from the Interstate Batteries in Sartell, MN. That first battery lasted only a year. They replaced it for free. Today, about 2 years later the replacement is showing only 4 volts. I will not be putting another Interstate Battery in my car. This needs to be reliable.
