Laura is awesome! My roommates and I needed a place to keep our stuff while we transitioned from a dorm to a house and she was super helpful! I had no issues whatsoever! Everything worked smoothly and was super convenient! If you're a college student going from a dorm to off campus housing, I highly recommend this place!

I've tried other storage facilities here in St. Cloud, but this is my go-to. Greg is very friendly, and made the whole moving process a lot easier. The storage facility is neat and tidy, and the locking system is very secure. The climate controlled option is with the extra money, especially during rough weather.

I needed to rent a storage place for a few months while I was in between moving and I had an incredible experience!! The manager was very kind throughout the process and even helped us destroy an old desk that we couldn’t fit in our car and decided to scrap. I’m not big on leaving reviews because I feel awkward but I’m genuinely so amazed and grateful for the help and customer service that I wanted to hopefully drive more business their way. Big thanks to Intown!

Greg, the operator, deserves zero stars for his excellent customer service skills over the phone. They claim 24/7 access for commercial use right on their website, but discriminate against a business that would have multiple users using the rented unit. Look elsewhere if you prefer to support quality people. This was quite a rude phone call when all I'm trying to do is give them my business.
