Poorly run company. Employees are run through a revolving door. A company that cares more about $$ than the residents. Management would rather respond with form letters than deal directly with residents and talk to them.

First off, I don't like giving bad reviews, but I feel it necessary to warn possible renters from this company. Their scam is to get you to sign a lease, then never help tenants with noise complaints or any other issues. After your initial lease is up, you are offered a new lease at a MUCH higher rate.

To share my experience I'll start with my physical disability. I'm in a wheelchair and whenever I'm renting an apartment I always make that clear, before renting or signing the renter application and leasing documents, we ask to be placed on a first floor apartment and tied or hardwood floor they ended up giving us a carpet apartment, we visited the office several times to ask if they can give us different apartment that we requested and nothing was done. So we decided to forget about everything after we moved out only to receive a bill telling us that the carpet was replaced and we are responsible for the cost of $1200 so I'm not sure if I'm actually responsible because I discuss this with them before even signing lease agreements. I'm and the reason I requested a hardwood floor or tied my we tend to leave tracks as time goes by.
