Came here to get my niece’s hair done and they dyed her hair jet black the day before my brother‘s funeral they didn’t offer to fix it or anything. They’re just very rude. About this the manager‘s name is Olivia. She doesn’t care how you like your hair or it needs to be done correctly. I paid $200 for a hair job that wasn’t even done correctly. Don’t bother with this place. They don’t fix their mess ups.

Went to get a blowout. Told wash and style sounded great. Half my hair got washed and if this is what you call style I never want my hair styled ever again. Paid $52 for garbage. Keep in mind I also have hair extensions in too. In im pretty sure they never got touched or curled. Dont attempt to go here for a style wash or blow out or the above!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with stylist (Thi Uyen Nguyenvu). She repeatedly insisted that I had “kinky” hair, which was inaccurate, and despite my clarification, she persisted. She claimed that due to my hair texture, she needed to charge me extra, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told she didn’t have enough time to do my hair, even though I booked the available time slot. When I asked why her services cost more than other stylists offering longer time slots, I received no explanation.
I spoke with the manager, who said it wasn’t the stylist’s intention to offend and that they’d never received complaints about her before. The manager also mentioned that English is the stylist’s first language, implying there was a misunderstanding, even though I explained multiple times that I only needed the services I booked.
I’ve never encountered this kind of issue at other salons, and I left feeling deeply disrespected. It’s unfortunate and disappointing that a lack of understanding about different hair types and poor communication led to such a frustrating experience. I’m never going back to that JCPenney salon again!

Julie did absolutely AMAZING!! I'm so scared to get my haircut bc I can never find anyone to do it right. But she cut my hair perfectly! Her knowledge about hair is out of this world! Absolutely obsessed and already got so many compliments Thank you Julie!

I had a problem buying Alfred Dunner slacks for my Mom. At the St. Cloud MN J C Penney store, employee April was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and she knew the brand, styles and exactly what would work. Thank you, April, for helping me and being wonderful!

I went to so many barber shops in the area trying to get a haircut. Most of them would pull out the clippers and chop the hair off. I am very glad I finally found this shop. They use these things called ✂ SCISSORS and I'm always happy with the results. Seriously, I think even my dog loves me more!

I just had the worst $30 haircut of my life. I really wanted to tell the stylist, please find a different profession as I can tell you hate cutting hair, though I didn't out of respect.
