Had family pictures taken in the photo studio. We arrived on time and yet they RUSHED us through the process. The pictures were terrible. We received no direction while taking the photos, were not given advice to turn our heads, adjust, etc so the posing would look good. Almost all the pictures of my son he look like we just told him grandma & grandpa died. He is only 2.5y/o and was warming up to the process by the end- but did the photographer let us know he was frowning in all the earlier pictures? No. One of them he doesn't even have his eyes open! The only photo I did like was blurry upon closer inspection, and we did NOT get photos like the package we chose. This is a very expensive service and I think I'll be calling to refund/return the digital album. We got $70 off and for 17 terrible pics it was still $170 for the digital copies-which again, are not something I want printed and hung in my house. So, so disappointed. If this was a good experience, we would have been coming back a lot. Will be actively dissuading friends/family from going here.

The shopping experience at JC Penney never ceases to amaze, with their fantastic deals. You can easily find an array of items that cater to individual style preferences at really affordable prices. The overall quality of their products is good and the customer service is commendable. For anyone on a budget, JC Penney is indeed a godsend. While they always have sales, you can also find some exclusive deals that add to the joy of shopping. I'm mildly enthusiastic about continuing my shopping from JC Penney.

We're very rude about returning a gift without a receipt. The manager should set an example for other employees, not show them how to tell a customer to get lost. Wow never going there again

Woman working is returns was very nice, I would go back just to see her.
Inventory at store was low and much outdated ugly clothing. Sad to see these legacy stores dissappearing.

Great store! Very together. And the cashier Dianna is a saint my finance and I always hope to get her at checkout. She’s very kind and personable all while getting the job done right. She definitely makes checking out the most enjoyable. ☺️

Place needs a renovation. Checking out takes far too long. Not many size selections. Store looked picked over.

I stopped into the St Cloud store with the intent on purchasing a complete outfit in the mens section only to be met with total disappointment. The help, the inventory, and the appearance of the area were very disappointing. No pants in my size, was told to go online. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 is because I did find someone to take my measurements for a shirt, only to have them point me in the general direction. I searched for a while without finding anything in my size. I left and went to a competitor where they were courteous, helpful, and friendly and spent nearly $200. Jcpenney use to be my go to. By the way, my size is not unusual, 34 x 34 on the pants and 16.5 x 36/37 on the shirt.
