“Great Customer service, I went into the store to browse not expecting to buy anything until I noticed the watch selection. I asked if I could try on a few pieces and Piper, the sales associate assisted me and was so helpful and polite. She wasn’t pushy, or impatient. She showed me multiple watches and even said she could take a few links out to make it fit to my liking. I will definitely be going back to purchase more jewelry. I also met the store manager Chris, who was equally as nice and kind. It’s refreshing to see top tier customer service. Thank you 😊”
“My teenager brought home the class ring packet. We decided we wanted something that would be able to be worn until it’s time to pass it down. We walked into a lot of jewelry stores and just happened to find ourselves at Riddler’s during Black Friday shopping. “I went here to have a custom ring made for our 20th anniversary. Renee was wonderful! We started with the photo I based my idea off of. She let me explain my vision. We picked a diamond over the next few weeks. We did a few different printed 3d rings and I changed things each time. Finally we nailed it and my dream came to life. I now have the most beautiful vintage princess ring. I couldn’t have done it without Renee!”
