Joann Fabrics is not honoring gift cards that were paid for with cash. They are defrauding customer who bought gift cards as gifts. I have seen some low business practices in the past but this rates as one of cruelest! no wonder they can't make it and are going out of business. Good Ridence!

I've been in here 3 times and every time the shelves have been a mess, the floors are extremely dirty, all the employees are just sitting on their phone in the fabric cutting area, and I'll wait at the counter for 7 minutes even after I press the button to call for an employee.

This place is seriously always closed for a heating or pipe issue. The past 4 times I drove over 30 minutes to get something they’ve had a not on their door. They need to get a new location

Just went it a few days ago for yarn. The staff was amazing and helpful as can be. The only reason why im giving 3 stars is because the store seemed to be less than 60 degrees in the building? I don't understand why the store is so cold. I asked the staff and they said they are waiting on corporate and heating has been down for a few days. I find this inexcusable mainly because of the state and season we are in. I feel bad for the staff because they have to work in a job that's cold, that's they didn't sign up for. Other than the store being FREEZING COLD! The staff was accountable and made sure we were doing alright.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. This store is worthless. I went there to get a charm pack that said there was 6 in stock. I asked a lady for help and she was very rude and did not want to be bothered even trying to help me. She said we don’t have it, or it’s laying in a box with a bunch of other fabric. So you couldn’t even be bothered to look when it came in to at least try to be useful? The lack of customer service here is terrible and half the time they never have what you need for your projects. Just go to another craft store or buy online! Don’t shop here!!!!

This Joann Fabrics is the worst store i have ever been in. I looked online tells menthey have 21 skeins of the colornof yesrn im looking and I go there boxes stacked everywhere the store is dirty. I asked for assistance and I'm told it's in one of these boxes. I understand remodel or change the store around but this has been like this for months. They would be better off to shut the store down for a week or 2 and get it straighted out. They are losing money this way. And the staff was so rude.

This place is filthy. I would be embarrassed to work there. Went there today and couldn't even get down any isles with my wheelchair. The floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in months. Needs to be shut down as it is a hazard.

I love Joann for buying the things I need to run my small business. But this location just isn’t ever open; they apparently close at 7 now, and I came to get my yarn I ordered for pick up and apparently someone could come in and post a sign that said they wouldn’t open until noon. I get that there’s people calling out, but this is getting absurd. I’ll just have to order for shipping to myself now 🤷♀️

What a dump! This store has gone down hill so much! I could not get any help and all the isles had stuff everywhere! The floors were dirty and the aisles were a complete mess! I was depressed when I left with nothing! I need to go home and shower after being in that store! Gross! 🤮

I bought a mat to use for cutting fabric on. When I got it home I noticed it had a strong smell. I washed it thoroughly to get the smell out. The store in general smells dirty. It could use a good updating!
I do love the fabric selection though.

Do yourself a favor and download the app. I didn’t know about it until after I spent a bunch of money there. Your purchases earn you points for coupons like $5 off your next purchase.
I used to live in the area about 20 years ago and am now traveling back through. On the plus side the sales and associates have been really great. But this store desperately needs a remodel or make over. It is really showing its age.

Girl up front tried very hard to help me, A+ and 5 stars to her, I was short 1 skein of yarn for my near finished project purchased at this store. She scanned to see 6 were in stock but not on the shelves. Girl checking boxes to find, when a manager approached, with her coat and keys to leave to tell her not to search for me. Really? I explained it was an hour drive for me to get same dye lot and obviously this manager did not care. Poor leadership at this store. Maybe they should make the gal that tried to help me the new manager, just saying...
