We came in on Nov 1, 2024. The lady on the register was amazing. She was friendly and super personable. She quickly found the shoes we needed and did so with a big smile on her face. Staff assisted us as soon as we walked in and asked us about our preferences, if we are just browsing, etc. it's nice to see staff actually caring about their costumers, unlike the location in Crossroads Mall Waterloo Iowa

They were welcoming when I was wondering bout my size in doc martens 1460s and the manager with the red hair was planning the downfall of Footlocker but overall super friendly and funny and super nice manager.
