We came in on Nov 1, 2024. The lady on the register was amazing. She was friendly and super personable. She quickly found the shoes we needed and did so with a big smile on her face. Not to mention The Story So Far was playing on the speakers when we walked in. She was singing along with me!! My favorite band. 😍 now my favorite store.

Tried to return my shoes i ordered and wore for 1 day, spent 70$ on, and were a half size too small. they had dirt on them that could’ve easily been cleaned off from A COUPLE HOURS OF WEAR. and they will not accept my return even for store credit, no replacement, no nothing. 70$ down the hole because the shoes i tried on in store did not fit when i got them in the mail. I was a long term customer of journeys and i will never be ordering from them again. i have never seen such a strict return policy in my life. I work hard for my money and don’t get to treat myself often as a mom and a daycare provider so i am deeply disappointed.

Staff assisted us as soon as we walked in and asked us about our preferences, if we are just browsing, etc. it's nice to see staff actually caring about their costumers, unlike the location in Crossroads Mall Waterloo Iowa

They were welcoming when I was wondering bout my size in doc martens 1460s and the manager with the red hair was planning the downfall of Footlocker but overall super friendly and funny and super nice manager.

Perfect fit! ? the services were really top notch I love the gentleman who helped me find shoes for my difficult size situation and helped locate a pair of shoes that felt like a great fit for my boyfriend. Keep up the great work guys!

I came in Saturday evening on the 25th. There were two girls working, Callie, and a girl who's name I regrettably can not remember, however, she had blue hair (sorry). These girls were so friendly and helpful. They provided such a comfortable experience shopping that I, an introvert who never ventures far from home in northern MN, was motivated to make this review. I am far from a people person, and these girls were able to make a stressful shopping experience calm for myself and my family. Thanks so much. Promote them. Give them each a nice raise. Hand over the entire company to them.

I asked the sales dude to pick me out some shoes and style me, and he definitely passed the vibe check. I wish I would have gotten his name. He picked me out two pair of killer Vans and everyone on Instagram was eating up my new gym style. Thanks to staff at Journeys! Stay cool guys ??
