I stopped yesterday 10/13/25 to get my wedding rings checked and cleaned. This store has really changed, employees use to be dressed nice. Men in suits, for example. Yesterday one of the employees behind the counter was in baggy jeans, unkept hair and untucked in shirt. I also noticed an incredible amount of diamonds and gemstones were labeled as lab created. I was amazed to see how this store has slipped away. In jewelry appearance matters.

Kyla at the Crossroads store was SO VERY friendly and helpful when I needed a few links removed from a watch to wear for my daughter’s wedding.

Got a watch here years ago, kept coming back for repairs and replacements with things and it’s always been easier with them than a lot of other jewelers. The watch is now discontinued by the brand and they still work with me on it in spite of its fragility (ceramic, another store had broken the clasp and I’ve continued wearing it like that). They were pretty patient with me and friendly so I’m happy :)
I had initially gotten my warranty through them and they replaced my batteries for free, other jewelers and watch stores charged me $75, so I was much happier to come back here again
