Spencer in St Coud did a fantastic job helping me pick out my ring. He was very patient and showed me a lot of different rings that would go with my wedding ring. I couldn’t make up my mind and he helped me with that too. Thank you so much!

Very terrible customer service. I went in to get the specs on a ring that was given to me and they would not give it to me as they accused me of possibly stealing the ring. I did not ask for any personal information such as price or credit information, just the specs of the ring itself. The man that I talked (in a management position) to was very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend coming here.

We had such a positive experience shopping yesterday. Chris was extremely helpful, friendly, and very quickly knew what we were looking for and had great suggestions. We would certainly work with him again for any future jewelry needs.

I purchased a ring about a month and a half ago, but they didn't have the right size so we ordered it in a different size. They told me it was going to be about a week. After 2 weeks I called to inquire about it and the man I spoke to said the delay was because they didn't have that size and actually were sizing one.Got my ring and had it about a month. I turned my hand over one night and noticed it there was a perfectly straight crack through the band( as if it cracked right were it was sized). Brought it back and the man told me that I needed to purchase the warranty to get it fixed and I must have damaged it myself cause it was flat on the bottom and that would've never happened just wearing it. He also told me that I was never told it was being sized when I ordered it. So he basically called me a liar.I work in a car dealership and understand things come defective and things happen but if it's only been a month and something breaks the company makes it right.Over the years my husband and I have sent alot of money at Kay jewlers, and have only went to kay, but after this I am done doing business there.I am not a review type person and don't think I've ever left one before, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

I guess mixing "poor quality" metal for BEAUTIFUL stones is frowned upon and my wife doesn't know what she wants. On top of getting lied to a few years back about a necklace I purchased for her from here, I don't know why I thought I'd give this place my business again. Absolutely ridiculous how the staff treats customers. If I had to describe this place in one word: insulting. There are plenty of other jewelry stores at the Crossroads mall worth your time and money. Two of them are currently right across the hall from this place.

Kays in St. Cloud is the best jewelry store around! You will not find better service anywhere! Randi,Lexi,Chris, are the absolute best!! They make you feel like your family and never pressure you into a purchase. They always have your best interest at heart and want to make sure when you leave you are happy whether you make a purchase or not. I love jewerly and this is where I will go! I can't say enough how much I absolutely love Randy and Lexi:) They have been taking care of me for years and it is because of their great service I will contine going to see them for years to come! Thank you so much! ?

Been coming here every 6 months for years and always great staff. No problems with the 2 sets of earrings I own. I did lose an earring back once and they replaced it at no cost.
