Jasmine is amazing! I’m traveling and far from home when my contacts messed up. I stopped in for help and Jasmine helped me get back on the road! She replaced my contacts and even helped me open the packaging ( I have a broken arm). Thank You so much! Your kindness made my whole day better!

Team here has always been so nice and kind. Stopped in to see about a repair to a set of frames and they wasted no time in helping me out even if I hadn't purchased them here. If you want to go somewhere where you won't be pushed into up sales or treated like you're not worth their time, this is your place. :)

Zema was absolutely fantastic!! She was extremely helpful and fixed, adjusted, and cleaned my sunglasses for me. Absolutely would recommend her and their company! Very kind and great customer service! My sunglasses were unwearable and would’ve cost me a lot for a new pair and she made it possible to keep them and wear them! Very sweet gal! Thank you Zema and LensCrafters!

Zema treated me differently than other customers (on 6 occasions) because I was a white male. When her supervisor heard her admit this a HR complaint was filed.
This staff needs to be reeducated on how to treat all customers fairly and equally.

I had a wonderful experience :)
Booking the appointment using the website was easy, I was reminded about it in a timely manner, and I immediately got tested when I arrived.
Corey was also a delight to work with. He explained to me what the numbers meant in my prescription (something about football and quarters haha), and he even did a small demo using these blank lenses. It was a fun experience, and I can tell he really loves his job.
The rest of the staff was nice as well. I forget her name (I think Jasmine) but the optometrist assistant answered all my questions and explained what the different tests did.
Thanks to everyone that assisted us today! You guys are great.

Lens Crafters at the Crossroads Mall in St. Cloud was a great experience. Zema & Brittany were excellent to work with and very helpful with my eyeware selection and insurance. I highly recommend this facility and was impressed with selections of eyeware and the service I received.
