Lady manager I believe helped us when we went in to purchase a Vikings hat for my mom. My son was buying grandma the hat. She was very nice. She showed us one she created. My mom loved her gift and proudly wearing it in Montana. We plan to stop by again to do a custom hat for my husband.

Everytime I go in I’m greeted with a smile and if I need help. They have also done a fantastic job of a custom hat that I had made that I got another hours later! Mad love to the Saint Cloud Lids store!
