Returned the machine locally. Obtained proof of the return. Billing says the local branch does not communicate with they're billing. Weeks later still getting collection calls. This after they didn't do authorizations for patient to keep the machine, according to insurance. Beware.

I've used Lincare for years for all of my medical supply needs. I've never been disappointed! They are always quick to get my equipment, work well with my insurance and help me with anything I need.

I had an alarm go off on my oxygen machine @ 02:00 in the morning call the number on the machine for emergencies & there after hours answering company took down my number & stated they would call the on call person to give a call, he called & after about 15 min with talk me through diagnostic test he brought out a replacement machine at 03:00.Not many companies I've worked with in the past would have done that,J highly recommend Lincare if you need a DME.1

I received a nasty letter in the mail yesterday stating that I am three months overdue in my payments, along with a statement that I have ignored previous letters stating this. First of all I have not received a statement for three months, thinking my insurance was covering the bill. And I have not received any previous letters about a past due amount. I tried contacting Lincare about this nasty letter and explain the above but was unsuccessful in 4 attempts of waiting on the line for 20+ minutes on each call. Twice cut off while I was speaking with a rep and twice waiting for rep to answer. I am deeply hurt by this as I am never late in paying my bills!

The service that the Saint cloud lincare provides is second to none! The people and the service are fantastic and could not be better! They go above and beyond all the time for me. Absolutely excellent!!!

This company isn’t worth any stars, but I cannot post without giving them one. I was told that my commitment was only 10 months to pay for the equipment. Then on month 11 I was billed again. I called customer service and they said that “no it was for 12 months.” Well if 12 months is it, then September, 2022 should complete my obligations. Lincare has continued to bill my insurance company for my equipment. Isn’t this FRAUD? The first part of January I received another bill (go figure, my deductible was back at zero) I contacted customer service and they told me to disregard it. Until yesterday, when I got a 30 day late notice. I had to get my insurance company involved to get it all straightened out.I have had nothing but problems with this company. From the office in St. Cloud to customer service in Atlanta, all they do is tell you what you want to here until everything boils over.Wayne Peterson

Don't deal with this company. It's not just this location, it's the whole company. I have been fighting with them for a year, AFTER saying I don't want to deal with them anymore and making my account inactive. Seriously. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.

Ordered a commode never heard anything. Called still didn't know where my order went. Call a second time the manager quit and the drivers. Covid hit their office. No communication. Still waiting after 3 months

I just spoke to a lady at Lincare in St. Cloud trying to get information about new headgear to fit my husband's new mask for his CPAP machine. She was the most rude customer service representative I have ever experienced. I tried to explain the issue and she told me to stop and that she proceeded to tell me what we had was the correct attachments and that I was incorrect. After more talking she finally looked up some information and was able to see I was correct but naturally she was not about to admit it. Told me we should have told them we needed new headgear when we ordered the new supplies etc etc etc. You need to take her off the customer service line.I thought she said her name was Jill but I may have not heard correctly.

This company's customer service skills were outstanding and very much appreciated! I had a nebulizer ordered approved and delivered for my son within 2 days- that hasn't happened previously with other company's I have dealt with, that's outstanding!! all employees I encountered were professional and extremely helpful, I will definitely use and recommend them in the future, I work in a large clinic/corporation and the nurses are all impressed as well! Thanks Lincare for the hassle-free experience.
