My Macy's purchases always seem slightly off lately. Not quite as described, weird or uncom fit or dimensions of clothing, accessories that deteriorate faster than expected, such as sticky zippers & unraveling threads. 3 faux fur throws in black, blue & tan/cream that are identical but for small thread color stitching. (Feels luxurious & sale price was a great deal tho.) Returns process online gave a QR code for in-store easy processing. In & out, ezpz

Just lost a long term customer here. You are selling China made polyester/plastic filled winter jackets in Minnesota for 300 to 500 dollars when they are worth no more than 20 dollars. All expensive brand names. You are selling clothing comparable to Wish and Temu!!!

My favorite department store in this Mall at Crossroads center. Great place for picking out clothes and shoes of quality brand, especially when they go on Sale or Clearance. Macy's now offers store curbside pick up for online orders too! Awesome place to shop. My only reservation for not giving it 5 stars is they do not have much staff/employees on the floor in case u need help w something.

I ordered a bottle of origins face wash. They gave me the tester which is half used and has fingerprints on it. I called macys customer service line and it was a joke. It is impossible to get someone who speaks English. They do not understand anything you are saying. Then they mute you if you do not give into what they want. I will never go back to macys and I hope the store goes bankrupt. Terrible customer service!

I picked up an order today. The staff at the order desk were very congenial. I also looked at other sale items, and bought a couple greatly reduced. I would say it wasn't particularly easy to find staff to help me on the floor, but there were some people around to help. I haven't been into the store for quite a while, but I found the experience to be pleasant. The parking and access from 3rd Street is very easy, and that's where the pickup and return desk is.
