I love this store they always have the best deals!! Lauren is flipping amazing.. and that tall guy, I forget his name.. but he is kinda cool too.But make sure that you go in and see her she will hook you up with whatever you need!!

Not acknowledged upon walking in by the chattering group of employees at the desk. Took a look around and prices seemed fair enough, wide variety of products, photos on here make it appear cleaner and bigger than it is. Saw several smart watches, but my newer model that they havent got up there was useless to them. As we discussed other unboxed electronics I had to sell, was presented with walmart listings that I cannot find suggesting my product only retailing at $25. Real current ongoing sale price is $70.

Been doing business with Max it for years, excellent customer service, they offer a rewards system, they are truly there to help you get out of a pinch. Also, Alan the GM, is a great dude and has hired some great people. before you go to Pawn America, check out MAX IT PAWN.

Update: My bank refunded me. I will drop off the unit at my convenience. I have no need for it. Upgraded review to neutral.I never write one star reviews. I purchased a supposedly new/mint sony 4k blu ray player this last weekend. It was supposed to be an "x800m2" not an x800m. Who ever pawned it swapped a bad x800 unit and made it look like new. This unit was obviously not tested and I got stuck with something that I was told that worked. I tried it on 3 tvs and get zero video output on the HDMI port.. Since I live hours away I am stuck lighting 65$ on fire and taking a loss. I emailed the merchant and have not heard back. Very angry that I got taken here.... One day return policy. GIVE ME A BREAK.. Might as well buy used on ebay and a have 30 day buyer protection.. I like to shop local but this is why I am done and will not recommend this place. Please please please check your merchandise for functionality. Since I haven't heard back I am reaching out to my bank regrettably to see if they can assist me in this scenario

5 stars for the manager and staff. Been dealing with this place for years and this is the best crew yet. Would definitely recommend checking them out. We stop by all the time. Easy to work with. Friendly staff. Go in. Check them out.

Went to the store to look around today around noon walked around for at least 15 minutes, looking at multiple items without a single of the what looked like 4+ employees even acknowledging i was in the store or asking me if i needed help looking at anything. I can't even say there was bad customer service because I didn't get any customer service. Just a disappointing experience when i was looking to spend money on airpods. Went to pawn America down the street and was greeted within 2 minutes and was helped. Honestly wont be going back to maX it pawn.

Just left this place went in to try to trade my compound bow and for store credit towards a computer and was immediately met with hostility when trying to establish the original price paid for the bow When the manager approached he immediately Also met with me with this hostility that I was asked to leave the store before I could even try to explain anything My PTSD and anxiety is triggered I am shaking in my wife's car. Edit.... called back had a decent conversation with the manager to explain things and apologize for my own part in escalating the situation feel like some resolution and middle ground was foundWent back never ever going here again or another maxit pawn I left with broken compound bow that was broken by a disgruntled employee
