I had a great experience here. The women here went above and beyond for me and my results were sent to my employer immediately. I really appreciate you guys, thanks so much for everything.

Have now been waiting for a week for them to send results to employer. Called to ask what the hold up is(asked if they had been snowed in because recent weather) and lady at the desk promptly got sassy for no apparent reason. "We cant give you that information." And quickly hung up on.

The employer that I set up the pre employment with showed the hours to 3:30.When I get to location I was met by a very rude lady asking if I was there for a drug test, I said yes. She told me that if I would have looked I would have seen the closed sign, and that drug test stopped at 3:00 2 minutes prior. I informed that the information I had seen said until 3:30 for this location. The rude individual told me I was obviously looking at the wrong location.Look lady I was just trying to inform you that the hours for the program that scheduled my pre employment drug screening and your actual hours weren’t matching. Instead I couldn’t get a word in.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Terrible place. I did my pre employment test on a Wednesday and it took over a week to get my results back. This place is a complete joke. So much for going to my new job on Monday. How am I supposed to feed my family now?? Thanks alot!

They said on website we open 8am to 4pm but when you arrive 3pm they told you we not open that’s confusing ???

Was told my potential employer would get the results of my pre-employment screen in 1-3 business days. At the time I'm writing this it has been 6, and the results have not yet been sent to said employer.

Never saw myself reviewing a drug testing company, but I've had to take two friends in for a pre-employment screening in the last few weeks, so I have had more than one experience here, and I appreciate the fact that they're ready at the appointed time and do the tests quickly.
