I don’t recommend them at all. They try to sell you services you don’t need they told me my coolant needed to be flushed and then I got another mechanic opinion, and he said it was just fine and on my dashboard it shows a visual of my coolant and it’s right where it’s supposed to be not too hot right in the middle. Do not trust them and prices for different things are higher than they should be so If you do choose to go to them be sure and compare prices with other companies for things like oil changes. (Personally, I recommend auto performance center in St. Cloud very good customer service and fair prices). We parted ways, though something happened with my car about six weeks after they did my tie rods one of my wheels just about came off, so I called them they said it wasn’t their fault that I’m supposed to re-torque my tires after 100 miles from the time that they worked on my car. They said it was on the receipt, but they didn’t verbally specify that. I’m not a car person I don’t know much about that type of thing and that’s why I bring my car to the auto mechanic. They are the experts not me so is it too much to expect my mechanic to verbally specify things that I should do for my vehicle after he has done work on it that will keep it safe to drive. I pay a lot of money for the services so in my opinion, it is their responsibility to tell me these things. I’m sure i’m not the only one that has no idea about the recommendation of re-torquing tires after 100 miles but they’re probably gonna say well that’s on you. You should read your owners manual and the receipt but who thoroughly does that not many people so where is your kindness and consideration Brian? You should treat your customers better than that. I’m sure he’s probably not the only auto mechanic that says nothing about retorquing tires to their customers for one thing it is extra work for them which might motivate some of them not to say anything because it is a free service that they don’t profit from if they are the ones that worked on your car. I got into an argument on the phone with Brian. He refused to fix my car and actually, he should’ve fixed it for free because it was their mistake. The auto mechanic that ended up doing my car said that sometimes when the tires are put back on they’re not fully centered so the bolts come loose and it can be a very slow process but Brian took no responsibility whatsoever. I didn’t even get an apology. At that point I didn’t want him to do it anyway because the trust isn’t there anymore. thankfully I had triple AAA so it was free to get my car towed to an auto mechanic that did my wheels for me so that’s my review. I could’ve gotten into a serious accident and possibly even died. That should of and in itself motivate you Brian to start verbally telling your customers this. It could save a life someday Brian get it and it’s irresponsible not to do so! Where is your kindness and compassion? Tires don’t fall off very often, but it does happen and I was with my daughter as well that day so my child could have also been seriously harmed as well!

Was 190 miles from home when my oil light went on. Stopped at the gas station right next door and checked my oil and it wasn't registering on the dipstick which was odd because I had it changed in my hometown the day before my trip. I went across the street to Mike's and the kind gentleman came out to check it for me and noticed the oil filter cap was not properly seated and all of the oil leaked out all over. He grabbed some tools, got the cap straightened out and replaced the oil. If the gentleman that was there wouldn't have been kind enough to help me with no notice, I would have been stranded. Thanks to him I was back on the road and made it to my destination without any more problems. If I lived in the area that would be my first stop for car repairs.

The lady at the front desk is always very nasty acting & rude, she has a very serious attitude problem” & from my previous & past experience with this company it’s always been a bad experience, seems like she prescreens the calls & if they have an out of state area code, she would be bias & would randomly hang up on them not even waiting to conduct any business with people who’s not of her personal likings, unprofessional & truthfully she runs the money away from the establishment with her negative energy & always being negative towards customers or even potential customers, customer shouldn’t have to kiss her ? A$$ just to spend money & support a local business no matter who they are & what area they come from, I most definitely agree with all the negativity reviews that where left because I had the same experiences with this company, I will never recommend or do any business with mikes auto ever again!??

This is where I've taken my vehicles to for about ten years when a friend in college recommended it. My friends and I always bring our cars to Mike's whenever we have issues.

We are beyond thankful for the service we received from Mike’s Repair. We had car issues while passing through on a road trip. They got us in right away and we’re now back on the road only about 3 hrs behind. The team was very generous and helpful. We can’t thank them enough! 10 stars!
