Five stars for possibly the most arrogant clerk I've ever dealt with after four or five calls back and forth about a Bimini frame for our Bennington pontoon he keeps asking if its round or square tubing which didn't matter in the end because after all of that he asked for the hull number which gives him that all the correct information so i asked WHY NOT just ask for that to begin with? NO RESPONSE So i order the frame and he said about 4 times we need a deposit which i said i understand how much is the deposit? its the full price. Ok WHY SAY A DEPOSIT? just say it needs to be paid in full before we order it. WOW so today they call and say its in and we need 208.02 for shipping from Bennington $200 dollars to ship a frame that maybe weights 20lbs tops thank goodness for google reviews or people would continue to screw people over like this really sad ooh and miller marine before you say call us to go over the details trust me you know how to get ahold of me to make it right what a joke VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

Had a wonderful experience with getting our Bimini fixed at Miller service department today. The guys were very friendly and we were in and out within hours. The service rep (Axel) even met my husband at the door with the completed paperwork so we didn’t even need to go inside. We were on our way home in no time! Thanks guys!

Our pontoon was ready for the 20 hour break in service. Axel and his service team exceeded our expectations. Axel scheduled a driver to pick up our pontoon at the public landing for the service. He promised the pontoon would be back in the water in 2 days and it came back sooner! Our experience with the whole Miller Marine team, Justin and sales team and Axel and service team has been extraordinary.
