recently bought my new Tahoe from Minnesota Truck Headquarters in St. Cloud, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was thorough, transparent, and honest throughout the whole process. Brett, our salesperson, was fantastic—super friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. I never felt pressured, just supported. I highly recommend MTH if you’re looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience.

I bought a truck there and it was a good experience. Brett was great to work with. They are very transparent with everything, which give me peace of mind. They also have a playground and an arcade for the kids to help with the process.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Showed up and the vehicle I wanted to see was dirty and smelt horrible so switched to another which was somewhat better. Was talking over numbers and was lied to by management about lending. Was told if I financed with them I would get 1k off but was told if I didn’t make 6 payments I would be forced to come back and pay them the 1k difference or lose the. This is not true and a lie and a scare tactic to try and avoid a charge back. There are no penalties for paying off a loan early or refinancing. Once they found out I didn’t want to finance after hearing this I was basically told they didn’t want my business and they “had someone else” who was going to finance it if I didn’t want to. I’ve always heard horrible stories of this place and I’d say they are right. Stay away!

What an amazing experience, this is our second vehicle purchased through them and it was as seamless as the first one. Big shout out to Brett weiser our salesman. He was proactive, kind and a personality that is easy to work with.
Jorge Torres the manager fought tooth and nail to get us a great deal on our trade in and ensured we were getting the best price possible on the vehicle.
Antonio turitto was fantastic to do financing through. He went to bat for us with the banks and got us the best financing option that fit our budget.
Thanks MTH for all you have done for us, we will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Buying experience was okay. After the sale has been less than great. Had to return to the dealership to correct multiple forms. Transferred license plates from the old truck to the new one due to being handicapped and veteran plates. Dealer then sent me new license plates. I have reached out to my salesman and one other person at the dealership multiple times, but have gotten no response. So now I have to take time off work to go fix their mistakes and will likely cost me out of pocket. Not sure I will purchase from here again.
