Very happy that I went there. He has a very large assortment of scooters. He was very low keyed, no pressure and it was a very good experience. If I asked a question he was able to answer. I was trying to decide between two different ones. He went through each one and showed the difference. Top notch customer service. If anybody is looking for a scooter I highly recommend Mn Mobility

I had the fortunate experience to find MN Mobility via a Google search that lead me to visit the store in St. Cloud and meet Tim, the owner. I was wowed by everything about my visit not the least of which was Tim solving my problem, installing the new battery for my scooter and helping me understand more about my scooter. After sharing a problem he also suggested I needed a new charger. Wait for it .... the cost of the new battery and charger blew me away. I was expecting much more. I have never seen an inventory assortment like his for all things powered mobility options. I did explore 2 handicap scooter dealer/service options in the Twin Cities and was very disappointed for their attitude, ambivalence to my inquiry and lack of urgency/desire to get back to me.
If you need anything powered mobility see Tim at MN Mobility in St. Cloud. I've had a great deal of experience with mobility scooters and today was the very best. Expectations not only met but exceeded.

Cannot say enough great things about this place! It is fantastic! Tim is extremely kind and helpful and not a bit pushy. I ended a 5 month search for a scooter here. DO Not buy online... buy from a store where you can see and ride them... a place that will service it if needed!I am so glad I found Mn Mobility! I bought a beautiful blue Pride Baja Raptor 2 and I just love it. Not a thing bad about it. It is fast if you want to keep up with people who are biking. It will go 15 miles an hour. Or switch it to low mode and control it very easily at up to 6 miles an hour. The brakes are fantastic. I'd drive it into stores all the time and have No troubles.The seat is extremely comfortable and adjusts forward and back. I could sit in this seat for a very long time, even with my fused spine. Trust me, you will not be sorry! Ask for Tim he's a great guy!

Drove 3 hours to get a scooter because only Mn mobility had the exact Pride scooter I wanted, in the right color with the right seat. Tim was so awesome to work with!

On the way up to Cross Lake and needed a mobility scooter to keep up with the kids. Stopped in and found a new Pride scooter for my weekend cabin adventures. Tim was so helpful and got my new scooter set up jyst right and loaded into my truck. Highly recommend mn mobility.

Thanks to Tim for a great buying experience, we drove 700 miles to purchase the Pride Wrangler Scooter. I called Tim to put a down payment because it would be two weeks until we picked it up, he would not take a payment because he said that’s not the way he does business. So he held the scooter and opened on a Sunday morning so we could pick it up, he explained all the features and helped me load it in my mini van. A great place and a great man to do business with, if we need something else we will make the drive instead of buying on the internet.Thanks AgainBob and MaryRubicon, WI

Tim had the exact scooter we needed and held it for us until we got there to pick it up. It was all set-up, fully charged and ready for our trip. it's great!!
