Highly recommend going to him for all of your Verizon needs, he’s very knowledgeable and is thorough with each step. Chris was even nice enough to help us save some money on our total bill. Super outgoing and made this process smooth. Even went back the next day to upgrade a friend’s phone! Spectacular customer service! Will definitely be back!”
“Preston and Louis were a great help and was able to get our phones back up after ATT messed up. 3 hours on the phone and being switched to 3 different departments. Very close to switching providers but Preston was a life saver. Also please get new chairs these chairs/stools are uncomfortable.”
