Used files and used feet scrubbing brushes for pedicure. I was so grossed out. Dirty dishes in bathroom sink. Unclean. Didn’t have nail polish color after handing me options to choose from. Asked for French tip and he didn’t apply base nude coat. Just tried having me walk out with clear polish and white on tips. Massage was more of a vigorous scrub.
Requested style: Didn’t do a French tip

Kevin and Viviana have been doing my nails for over 3yrs. We have a bond they already know what a I want. It’s always clean smell amazing great music and very relaxing. Feels like being around family and friends. They’re my friends now best people I've ever met. Best salon in St.Cloud with amazing customer service and family flare. I have almost been to every place out here. Sophisticated nails is the only place that treated me with respect and appreciation. I come every other week sometimes more to relax. PSA please always show my Friends respect please.
