Had my car towed there at 1pm and it was back in my garage by 5pm! Outstanding service! They quoted that they wouldn't get to it until Friday and it was Wednesday when my water pump went out. They found a way to fix it Wednesday afternoon and even came and got me so I didn't have to walk in the rain to pick it up. They have earned a customer for life.

Took my car here for an obvious repair they Told me they fixed it but the next day was getting warning light for Something connected to the problem They say that they fixed. Took the car back they told me to replace two or three specific parts And that will fix it. So when I looked under the car to replace those parts, whoever worked on the car left a couple of wire harnesses unplugged and they didn’t even let me bring the car in for them to look at it to find that out. I waited after winter was over and told them I replaced those two parts and was still having problems. They said bring the car in And they will replace the part. They replaced the part and I’m still having issues. They never took any accountability for them messing up. I am still dealing with issues with the same part they replaced from almost 3 years ago

Have had to bring my car back in a second time only a few months later because they messed up and caused a leak and they are trying to make me pay for the repair. They also had my car for over a week both times on simple jobs. NOT A FAN!!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Gotta love it, the brakes + caliper, that I way overspent to get replaced, exploded on the highway while I was on my way back from work only 1 year/5000 miles after I got it done here. If you don't value your life or car for sure get it done here. Looks like they didn't even replace the pads but I definitely paid for them haha!

I purchased a Dodge Durango from Morries St Cloud and had an electrical issue that prevented it from starting. 2 local Ryan Dodge dealers said 2-3 weeks before they could look at it. Northstar had it fixed in 48 hours. REAL service speaks volumes for a business.

Very knowledgeable staff. They were friendly and super quick. They said 45 minutes and it was actually 45 minutes. Their pricing was lower than we had been quoted elsewhere and they got us in immediately in an emergency. Great experience!
