The employees here are always helpful. Unlike some auto parts stores they seem to actually know something about vehicles, and that is always a good thing.

Christmas Eve. We called the store several times from 5:10 to 5:50. We talked to two kids explaining that we picked up a stranded motorist and we needed an alternator they have in stock. We told them we would be there right at 6:00. They said that would be fine. Once we got there at 6:01, the door was locked and the kids were mopping the floor. We knocked several times to get their attention. They wouldn’t even look up. That was our “go-to” for all of our auto needs. We will never step foot into that store again! Little did they know, we were going to give them each $50.00 for staying the few minutes to help someone in need on Christmas Eve.

I payed brak all rotors for my friend Toyota they give me wrong one 4 bolt and the right one was 5 bolt next Monday they don’t even say sorry 😣 hhhhh park my car stay home tru the weekend is not worth sorry i don’t think

I brought my front rotors to be turned and the they messed up really bad resurfacing . I paid $50 to have done and the assist manager Aj was very unprofessional and rude when I was telling him the rotor was done wrong. Asked if he could help because i paid for the sirvice already and I brought my car to a mechanic shop and they told me O'Reilly did a bad resurfacing job. I will never again support O'Reilly they ripped me off

Just went in and causally asked for a product and the guy behind the counter looked at me like he was baffled I would ask for liqui moly at an auto parts store, then after I explained what it was because he looked soooooo confused he recommended a totally different product that doesn’t do anything similar. Just hiring anyone at the auto parts store where people who know about vehicles come and ask questions and order parts from people who don’t even know what your talking about is actually insane. Buying car parts from a kid who rides a peddle bike to work ?

Had a alternator I bought from a other orielys leave me stranded in st cloud. Stopped by Saturday at 8 a.m. to swap it out with a good one. AJ the assistant manager would not swap it out after it tested good on the machine. Alternator would fail after 15 minutes under load and he couldn't duplicate it. This was a orielys alternator with lifetime warranty.Installed bad one and made it 15 miles and yup, alternator died. Had a 3 hour 1 way trip with my wife too home.I'd never work with AJ EVER AGAIN.Moorhead orielys took it back no questions asked.He needs to be fired.
