I went to get balloons, which they in abundance. Balloons everywhere, but no helium for them. Correction, the staff was very happy to sell me a $50 DIY so that I could easily blow up 3 balloons. I earn my living providing a high level of customer service so it was very noticeable that I was being expected to waste $50 bucks when that simple issue could've been avoided by just grabbing a few canisters to maintain a consistent service for customers. Basically Party City was not prepared for the celebration.

Went in for balloons. Very limited selection of readily available balloons. Snobby staff member (older lady at front desk) then told me I had to buy a fricken tank of helium for them to fill up one of their other balloons. Like, WTF? I went to Dollar Tree instead and for way less, I got multiple balloons that lasted a long time. Not satisfied with Party City. That's how you lose customers.

They HAVE NO HELIUM!!!!.. SIGNS EVERYWHERE SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE!!!THE PLACE U GO TO FOR BALLOONS NOW TRYS TO SELL U THE MACHINE...WHHHHAAAAT???... I AM TO UGHHH WITH THEM. MY SONS BIRTHDAY AND I CANNOT EVEN GET A BALLON FILLED . SO TERRIBLE AND DISSAPOINTED. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. WHEN U CAN'T GO TO THE PLACE U HAVE TRUSTED MOST OF YOUR LIFE TO GET BALLOONS WHERE DO U GO???.. NOW IT WILL BE THE DOLLAR STORE I GUESS!...

Every time I want to return items they won’t allow it. I’ve tried 2 different times. What’s the point of a return policy if you can’t return items?

Store was kind of messy there were costumes and costume accessories on the floor. Only 1 check out open with 6 people in line. I saw at least 5 other employees. Prices seemed kinda high.

They have a variety of animated characters but unfortunately I was looking for Stitch and they don't have anything of that character, not even a balloon and I think that Stitch is a recognized character I don't know why they don't have it, they even had a Charm piñata that just came out , I think maybe having even a small nail from different characters would be good. the place was super clean and the staff is very friendly. You find a variety of colors in disposable plates and everything.

Called to order balloons…. They won’t blow them up without payment, but you can’t pay over the phone….Advance orders for pick up must be done online with a two hour wait time.Not impressed. So I guess I will have to drive there, and I live an hour away.

Needed a last minute balloon. With the helium shortage they were able to help me out in a very timely matter, brought it out to me for curbside pick up and were super friendly.

The store was ok. But the employees followed us around like we were thieves. It was totally obvious and I was quite offended.
