“Have to give a shout out to PetSmart in Waite Park! We purchased something that turned out to be expired and since it was for our dogs I called the manufacturer to see if we could still use it. They said no so I called PetSmart. The manager said oh no let me go check the shelf hang on. He came back saying all of that product was expired and apologizing over and over. I told him we live quite a ways away and wouldnt be back for a week. He said no problem and I found two unexpired products of the items you purchased that I will set aside, both containing twice the amount! Then my daughter went to get it and they had a truck come in and also gave her the replacement item we originally purchased. They will ALWAYS have my business!!”
“If you're looking for an honest place to buy tires at a competitive price, this is the place. I had another auto center inform me that I needed new ball joints, due to uneven tire wear. Mark ordered the ball joints and Michelin tires before the scheduled maintenance work so that everything could be done on the same day. When the car was being evaluated as to whether the car actually needed ball joints, it was determined that it really needed new tie rod ends which were a lot cheaper than the ball joints to repair. The Manager, Jamie, actually demonstrated what really needed repair. Another time I was there, the check engine light came on and Dave tested the battery as the likely culprit. I purchased a new battery and they installed it in just a few minutes. These guys are not scammers!”

“Mills Fleet Farm has a lot of customers at this store, that's because it's a nice place to shop, kind of relaxing here, I've talked to different people about this store on many occasions in the last 20 years and heard positive things why they like shopping here, come to think of it I don't really have any complaints about Fleet Farm, things were a bit harder to find after they made this store a giant store, but that is to be expected wouldn't you say! I've always thought their employees were kind and helpful in my case, I figure that Mills Fleet Farm train their employees to be helpful and kind, at least that has been my experience for over 20 years, as a shopper I expect some employees to have a bad day every once in a while, I haven't had that here yet, but if I do it's not hard for me to be kind to someone who's having a bad day or having unhappy moments, after all they are more than an employee they are also Human, Just think it's nice to have more than the Home Depot and Menards, I just feel more at home shopping at Mills Fleet Farm with smiles and nice people.”
