What a mess. They are under construction and have the audacity to think that they can or should charge for parking at almost $20.00. Someone’s head is up their rear. As well as no showers, no laundry and you have to use the bathrooms outside.

AFTER 45 minutes or 1 hours waiting they said Same thing every time .

if they don’t able to print documents

I don't want to say anything about the staff, but specifically about the pilot, about the infrastructure. This is one of the worst pilots. There are no places to park a box truck or a car. Everywhere is filled with semi-trucks and trailers. The shower doesn't work. The laundry doesn't work. The food is tasteless.

Only giving this location a 4 because the employees are always great. Kellen, flying solo on a busy night still had a great attitude and greeted everyone who walked in. Other than that horrible location for a truck stop. The Pilot real estate dept owed someone a favor when they bought the land to build here.

The people and staff are awesome but the parking lot is hell it's really bad but there's no where to expand to.
