“Office Depot in the St. Cloud area has become a convenient stop for us whenever we’re in town. We live in Little Falls, but since we’re in St. Cloud pretty often, it’s an easy place to swing into for office supplies, printing needs, and the random things you don’t realize you’re out of until you need them right away. 😄
The store is usually well-organized and stocked with the basics—paper, ink, folders, and everything in between. Staff have been helpful when we’ve had questions or needed help finding something specific, and the checkout process is typically quick and simple.
Overall, it’s a reliable place for everyday office and school essentials. It’s one of those stores that makes it easy to get what you need and get on with your day.”
“Very friendly, however, disappointing to see two staff members standing around and eating their food in front of customers in the main lobby instead of in the back break room. Staff member who helped me came to the counter with a mouthful of food and proceeded to talk to me with food in their mouth. Very unprofessional. Two other staff members seemed to be working on tasks.”
